The work / NLP Coaching
NLP coaching, backed by, and beyond NLP
If you're looking for an NLP coach, you should know two things: the work can go far deeper than most NLP, and few people are closer to its source. Mark Andreas grew up inside the field, and took the work past the label.
NLP coaching uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming to change the automatic emotional reactions, limiting beliefs and habitual responses that run beneath conscious thought. Mark Andreas works in this tradition, and goes beyond its classic techniques, using deeper change-work so the shift is effortless and lasts.
Raised inside NLP, literally
Most NLP coaches learned the methods from a manual or a weekend course. Mark Andreas learned them at home, the son of Steve and Connirae Andreas, pioneers of the NLP field. A certified NLP Trainer, practising since 2009: 1,000+ clients, 1,500+ practitioners trained. Very few people carry this lineage.
Why "beyond NLP"
Classic NLP gave the world a powerful set of techniques. The work has grown since. Rather than a fixed NLP script, Mark Andreas works at the level where the pattern actually lives, reading how a person shows up and meeting them there. The result is change you don't have to force. Still rooted in NLP, no longer limited by it. More on how Mark works →
What people come to NLP coaching for
- Anxiety, stress and emotional reactions that insight alone hasn't resolved
- Limiting beliefs and self-image that quietly cap performance and confidence
- Habits and patterns that keep returning despite best intentions
- Founders and executives wanting sharper presence and decisions (business / executive coaching)
The methods underneath
Mark's work draws on the deepest methods in and around the NLP world, Core Transformation, Self-Concept work, the Wholeness Work, and Metaphors of Movement. Some of these are research-backed; together they cover an enormous range of human change. NLP is the doorway; this is where it leads.
